A Christmas village with an Ice Nativity Scene

A brand-new Christmas village awaits you in Piazza Marcello d’Olivo, Lignano Pineta, ready to be enjoyed to the full. Expect wooden chalets, sweet treats, a big blue Christmas tree, shows and entertainment for the whole family.

At the heart of the village is the Ice Nativity: the Nativity scene told through ice sculptures, inside a marquee with a striking, immersive setting. The nativity can be visited throughout the village’s opening period.

The Ice Queen and her Christmas Elves bring the village to life at weekends, on public holidays and during the school holidays, with a continuous programme from 19 December to 6 January. Children can let loose at the Christmas Dance Party with kids’ dance, group dances and big hits, take the stage as the stars of the Christmas Kids Show, and compete in quizzes and games on the big LED screen of the Christmas Game Show.

The programme also features roving circus performers, majorette displays, sessions with the Circus School, events dedicated to the Befana and to the world of dogs with dog trainers, and live singing shows inspired by fairy tales and animated films. Musical highlights include the concert by the Castalia Cartoon Band, devoted to the theme songs of the best-loved cartoons.
